Amity Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review Tasks 1 and 2 - Notice of Decision

In the City Council’s regular meeting on November 4th, 2025, the Amity City Council held a public hearing and adopted Ordinance #688 (attached) which updated the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The sections for Statewide Planning Goals 1, 2, 10, and 14 fulfilled Task 1 of the City’s Periodic Review Work Program. Please see attached for the Task 1 Submittal.
